Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Warped Perspective, every item is made to order and individually crafted to your specific requirements. As such, all products are bespoke and cannot be returned or refunded once production or dispatch has commenced, except where goods are faulty or not as described, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
To cancel, please email us at store@warped-perspective.com quoting your order number and the name used on the order.
If your cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will confirm by email and process your cancellation in full.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, as the items are custom-made and exempt from standard consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your bespoke item is faulty or has been made incorrectly, please contact us at store@warped-perspective.com within 7 days of receipt.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with our obligations under UK consumer law.
